The Mobility Aide is responsible for safely ambulating patients in acute care settings to reduce the risk of immobility. They motivate patients to mobilize, provide education on risks, and assist with lift equipment maintenance.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and intermediate computer knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organizational, and patient relation skills are required to work effectively with healthcare professionals and families.
