The LPN is responsible for promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through skilled nursing care. This includes collaborating with facility teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care and maintaining a comforting atmosphere.
Candidates must hold a current and valid LPN license in the state of Indiana. Proficiency in medication management, resident assessment, and a strong passion for geriatric nursing are required.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
