Overview Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) in Marysville, California. Travel assignment starting 08/10/2026 for 8 weeks in an acute care hospital ER. Weekly pay range: $1,756–$1,858 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients across age ranges in the ER, including triage, assessment, planning and delivery of care.
Apply the nursing process to develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians and other members of the health care team.
Monitor patient status, administer medications as appropriate, perform routine treatments, and respond to changes in condition, including trauma and emergency scenarios.
Coordinate care with the care team, document accurately, and contribute to discharge planning and patient and family education.
Delegate appropriate tasks to CNAs and other support staff according to clinical competence and scope of practice.
Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to policies and procedures in a fast-paced emergency environment.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license in California
Education: graduate of an approved RN program
ER/trauma experience or exposure preferred; ability to work effectively in a high-acuity emergency department
Strong communication, critical thinking and collaboration skills
Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced ER setting
