- The shifts are within the hours of 6:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays.
Responsibilities
Radiology technologists are medical personnel who perform diagnostic imaging examinations for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This may include fractures, diseases, and abnormalities of patient anatomy. Responsible for accurately positioning patients and ensuring that a quality radiographic image is produced. Works closely with radiologists and physicians who interpret images to either diagnose or rule out diseaseor injury Responsible for communication and documentation of patient images. Maintain communication with patients, parents, and medical personnel. Maintains on-going plan for personal growth and self-development. Demonstrates professional role requirements related to communication with peers and supervisor andflexibility during unexpected work related events. This is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required: Certificate Radiologic Technology American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Prior C-arm experience Preferred: 2 Years Pediatric Orthopedics
