• We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate) to join our collaborative multidisciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field Active Texas licensure as an LPC Associate Experience working with addiction, mental health, trauma, or dual diagnosis populations preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to thrive in a collaborative treatment environment Must maintain an active supervisory relationship in accordance with Texas licensing requirements Additional Requirements CPR certification required within 30 days of employment SAMA certification required within 30 days of employment If you are passionate about helping individuals and families heal while working in a supportive, trauma-informed, and clinically advanced environment, we encourage you to apply.
