Mental Health Technician (MHT)

• We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and motivated Mental Health Technicians (MHTs) to join our multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Mental Health Technicians play a vital role in the daily patient experience by providing supervision, support, engagement, and accountability throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, mental health, or related field preferred, 3 plus years Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and observant in a fast-paced environment Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Strong teamwork, accountability, and professionalism Valid driver's license required Additional Requirements CPR and SAMA certification required within 30 days of employment If you are passionate about helping individuals in recovery while working in a supportive, mission-driven, and clinically advanced environment, we encourage you to apply.
