The LPN supports medical providers by managing patient flow, preparing patients for visits, and performing clinical procedures such as labs and EKGs. They are also responsible for medication refills, vaccine administration, and maintaining clinical environment safety and hygiene.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program with a current valid license to practice nursing in New York State. One year of nursing experience is preferred, along with the ability to work with diverse populations and proficiency in EMR systems.
Description The LPN will work as a member of the Clinical Care Team, assisting medical providers in direct patient care and maintaining processes that result in efficient, high quality nursing and medical care.
