Salary
$13 - $15 / HOUR
Provide direct, person-centered support to individuals in their homes and communities to promote independence and daily living skills. Responsibilities include implementing Individualized Support Plans, managing medications, and providing transportation to appointments and activities.
A high school diploma is preferred, and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is desired. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to obtain required certifications like CPR and First Aid.
Full-time, non-exempt SCHEDULE: Varies; hours may vary to accommodate needs of person served.

Education/Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Experience in providing direct service to people with developmental disabilities or experience in a volunteer or teaching capacity with persons with developmental disabilities is desirable.
