Collaborate with a care team to manage and deliver patient care plans for hospice patients. Ensure all critical charting deadlines are met while supporting patients in the Kansas City area.
Requires an Associate degree or higher and at least 2 years of hospice experience. Must hold a valid RN license in Missouri or Kansas, along with AHA BLS or ACLS certification.
As a Hospice Registered Nurse with our client, you will collaborate with the care team to provide outstanding patient care. You will support patients in Kansas City and surrounding areas, ensuring critical deadlines are met for charting. Required Associate degree or higher Hospice (2+ years) 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Other EMR TruChart EHR Valid RN Compact License ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri (MO) Registered Nurse (RN) in Kansas (KS) ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
