• This includes medical, physical, and emotional needs that enable them to function at the highest possible level.
• While professional nurses lead the team, the CNA is the residents’ closest advocate in the household.
• The CNA also promotes the residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building, helping plan and facilitate social activities, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and caring for the resident’s personal laundry.

• North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• Desire to serve senior adults
