Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images of body parts according to physician orders and standard procedures. Ensure patient care is delivered in a timely, professional, and safe manner.
Requires registration as a technologist in Radiography and MRI, or Nuclear Medicine and MRI. An accredited program in Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine is required, with one year of clinical radiology experience preferred.
The MRI Technologist operates MRI equipment to make quality images of designated portions of the body under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with standard operating procedures. Accomplishes patient care in a timely, professional, efficient and safe manner.
