Performs routine and specialized laboratory tests to diagnose and treat diseases while maintaining equipment and quality control. Responsibilities include training new staff and managing specific laboratory projects or administrative functions.
Requires an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Medical Technology, with a Bachelor's in Clinical Laboratory Science preferred. Preference is given to candidates with 2 years of experience in moderate and high complexity testing and ASCP or NCA certifications.
