Role Overview

This role involves preparing patients prior to Cath and EP procedures to ensure that patients are ready for procedure at their scheduled start time. CLH RN’s oversees recovery of patients post procedure to include hemodynamic monitoring, recovering from general Anesthesia, recovering from moderate sedation, intubation, pulling arterial and venous sheaths, and removing radial bands. CLH RN’s assists physician in cardiac procedure room with cardioversion, tilt-table test, Transesophageal echo (TEE), and insertion of implantable loop recorders

Requirements

1 year of experience required. Flu Vaccine Required - No Exemptions Epic Charting Experience Preferred 1st time travelers accepted. General Skills Required - Conscious Sedation, Telemetry, Pulmonary Artery Lines

Schedule

4 x 10s - 10 hour shifts 4 days a week Monday-Friday.
Choice of either: 6am to 4.30pm / 7am to 5.30 / 8am to 6.30pm / 9am to 7.30pm / 10am to 8.30pm. NO set schedules./ NO WEEKENDS .
