The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patient function and developing goal-specific treatment plans in coordination with physicians. They provide direct patient care, educate families, and supervise physical therapy assistants and aides within a home care setting.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, a valid PT license, BLS certification, and a driver's license with vehicle insurance. One year of experience, preferably in home care, is desired along with the ability to perform medium physical demands.
