Perform patient positioning and operate C-Arm equipment to capture images that guide physicians during interventional pain procedures. Serve as the Radiation Safety Officer for the ASC, ensuring staff safety and maintaining radiological equipment.
Requires a high school diploma, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, and a current Wisconsin license as a Licensed Radiographer. ARRT certification and BLS certification are required, with 5 years of related experience preferred.

This position will have a home location of Kenosha, however you will need to able to travel to Waukesha and Franklin locations when needed. The purpose of this position is to perform positioning of the C-Arm and patient and technical skills using the C-arm to capture images of the requested portions of the human body to help guide the physician in the performance of the interventional pain procedure.
Effectively communicate with and lead all education regarding radiation safety in the ASC. Function as a leader in the ASC by performing as a preceptor to new staff, communicate effectively regarding new employee progress. Assure that the new employee is able to function independently prior to allowing them to perform their job independently. Actively and enthusiastically participate in the orientation process striving for the independence and success of the new employee as a member of the ASC team. Complete preceptor portion of competency assessments and skills checklists. 16. Other duties as assigned.
Licenses & Certifications
1. Current unrestricted Wisconsin License as a Licensed Radiographer 2. Current certification ARRT by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or equivalent. 3. BLS certified or to obtain BLS certification within three months of hire.
This position requires the following pre-employment testing: Criminal & Caregiver Background Check, renewed every four years
