Must be able to attend mandatory week-long New Employee Orientation training from Monday to Friday between 9AM-4PM Pay Scale: $18.50 starting rate, $19.25 with CT Medical Certification.

We’re currently hiring in the Waterbury area for two very part-time positions and one PRN (as-needed) role.
Direct Support Professional- Part Time

As a DSP, you’ll support individuals with daily routines, spend meaningful time together, and help promote independence and community involvement.
It’s steady, relationship-focused work that makes a real difference in day-to-day life.

It can also work well for someone balancing school, caregiving, or another job.

Option 1 – Part-Time (Set Schedule) Every Friday and Saturday 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Option 2 – Part-Time (Set Schedule) Every Saturday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Option 3 – PRN (As-Needed) No set weekly commitment **PRN schedules are typically available about a month in advance, with additional opportunities to pick up shifts through our scheduling app as needs arise.
This option works well for someone who likes some structure ahead of time but also wants the ability to pick up extra hours when it fits their schedule.
