Provide 1-on-1 coaching and skills training to adults and youth to help them manage mental health and reclaim independence. Develop Individual Rehabilitation Plans and support clients in accessing community resources and social services.
This full-time position is field-based with travel required and mileage reimbursement covering Wicomico, Worcester and Somerset county.
Are you passionate about helping others reclaim their independence? As a PRP Coach, you are a mentor, an advocate, and a bridge to the community. You won’t be sitting behind a desk; you will be in the field, working 1-on-1 with adults and/or youth to develop the life skills they need to manage their mental health and thrive. From teaching budgeting and social skills to helping a client navigate the housing system, your work directly impacts their long-term recovery.
High school diploma with 1 year of work experience in a supervised mental health setting, or Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a mental health or human services related field. Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR. Willing to submit and pass a CJIS and Child Protective background check. Active, unrestricted driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle.
Manage your own caseload and field hours to meet the needs of the persons served.
