Must be a nursing school graduate with a valid Florida or compact multistate RN license. Requires current BLS certification and is intended for nurses with less than one year of experience.

The Nurse Resident dministers patient care in an area within a hospital or inpatient/observation setting, where acute care patients receive active treatment for injuries, illnesses, medical conditions, or post intervention with assessment.
This position is with our Neuro Med/Surg floor. It is the area's only Level IV Epilepsy Center. It is a fast paced, clinically intense unit that specialized in the care of many conditions of the brain, such as stroke, Parkinson's, MS, epilepsy, head injuries, and cognitive disorders.
This position is intended for licensed registered nurses with under one year of experience. Applicants must hold an active Florida or compact multistate RN license in order to be considered.

Our Nurse Residency is a 12 month, ANCC accredited program that supports any RN with under one year of experience through structured training, preceptorship, monthly classes, and simulation to transition into independent practice.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate RN license. Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification. ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas.
