Experience, training and skills

One (1) year Hospital Pharmacy experience required. Extensive IV compounding experience and precision (especially for compounding chemotherapy); work independently and follow-through on problems; knowledge of chemo guidelines, maximum dosages and ancillary labels and knowledge of universal precautions for biohazard preparations required. Interpersonal skills needed to communicate successfully with individuals and groups and interact with people at all levels to communicate ideas and concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Light. Must be able to occasionally (0-33% of the workday) lift or carry 11-20lbs., frequently (34-66% of the workday) 10lbs., and walk/stand/push/pull of arm/leg controls.
