The pharmacist is responsible for the accurate and timely clinical review of medication orders in a virtual environment. They ensure safe medication use and regulatory compliance while collaborating with healthcare teams via digital platforms.
Candidates must have a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD and an active State of Ohio pharmacist license. Three years of inpatient pharmacy experience or completion of an ASHP accredited residency is preferred.
