Retention Bonus Program – Recognizing your dedication and commitment to the team What You'll Do Provide direct therapy services following treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist Implement engaging, client-centered activities that support progress toward goals Track progress and maintain clear, timely documentation Partner with supervising OTs and caregivers to support each client's success Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment What We're Looking For Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active Arizona COTA license Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) Interest or experience in early intervention and developmental disabilities Strong communication skills and a positive, professional approach Interest in feeding therapy is a plus Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Minimum of 1+ year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant Schedule Tuesday – Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Working Conditions This role includes intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. You may work closely with clients who have mental, physical, and/or behavioral diagnoses, including those who may be verbally or physically combative. Arbor Therapy is an equal opportunity employer.
