Conduct client screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments to determine therapy needs and treatment goals
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide therapy services to injured, ill, or disabled clients to improve mobility, strength, and daily functioning
Oversee treatment provided by Physical Therapy Assistants when applicable
Maintain a full-time caseload of 32+ clients while delivering high-quality, client-centered care
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal outcomes
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress toward goals in accordance with submission deadlines
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and communicate client progress with caregivers and relevant care partners
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies while supporting overall clinic operations
Requirements
Active physical therapy license via the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy
Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (LVP) or ability to obtain clearance
Experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities
Passion for professional growth and continuing education
Positive, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
