Behavioral Health Therapist – PRN Provides individual and group therapy to support clients with mental and emotional health needs. Completes assessments and develops treatment plans while collaborating with the care team to monitor progress. Plays a key role in facilitating therapy groups and supporting patient education.
Requirements
Master’s degree in a related field 2–5 years of experience Active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent license Schedule: Primarily Monday, Wednesday, Friday (group sessions) Flexible, PRN as needed hours with a mix of group facilitation and documentation

- Develops and implements therapy programs and in-service education.
Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose The Behavioral Health Therapist works with individuals, families, and groups to address and treat mental & emotional disorders, and to promote optimal mental health.
Responsibilities
- Provides individual, and in some cases, family therapy to active clients. Updates the treatment plan to reflect therapy goals. Collaborates with other professionals regarding client participation level, progress, and setbacks. Completes intakes for individuals requesting services at BJC, assessing their eligibility based on symptomology, treatment history, and current needs. Develops and facilitates education for clients.
