Salary
$33 - $38 / HOUR
Provide home-based care to patients with chronic illnesses or injuries under RN supervision. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor vitals, document progress, and educate families on care plans.
Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with an active Montana LPN license and CPR certification. Requires at least one year of LPN experience, preferably in home healthcare.
As a recipient of federal funds through the VA and/or Medicare/Medicaid, Interim HealthCare is required to comply with federal health care regulations.
