Candidates must hold an active Indiana LPN license and have at least four years of medical experience. Required certifications include CPR and TB, along with a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

The licensed practical nurse (Lpn) supports residential and outpatient medical operations across central indiana substance use disorder treatment programs, including volunteers of america ohio & indiana residential asam (American society of addiction medicine) 3.5 locations. This role serves as a key liaison between residential operations and medical services, supporting client safety, medical coordination, tb compliance, medication oversight, outpatient engagement, and continuity of care. The lpn works collaboratively with nurse practitioners, registered nurses, medical leadership, operations leadership, therapists, case managers, and residential teams to ensure timely and appropriate medical follow-Up for clients while operating within the scope of indiana lpn licensure and organizational policy.
