• We are a designated March of Dimes NICU Family Support® program and have a Neuro NICU for babies with neurologic conditions.
• NICU Level IV: 49 beds Provides developmentally appropriate care to infants born 22 weeks and above 1-2 patients per RN depending on stability of the baby Neonatal Nurse Practitioners on Staff 24/7 This position will be working 48 hours every two weeks on the day shift, 12 hour shifts and every third weekend.
• Provides care to patients with complex NICU needs.
• Performs advanced monitoring using current technology High Frequency ventilation Cares for surgical patients with congenital anomalies, intubated patients and patients with tracheostomies Total Body Cooling (TBC), Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO), Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Central arterial lines/monitoring and other venous lines Required: Minimum of 2 years of recent level 4 NICU experience MN RN License BLS Preferred BSN or BAN Certification in related specialty.
• Additional Requirements: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 6 months of hire
