SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: To develop and administer a comprehensive intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization program, Suboxone program or other outpatient programs that responds to the community’s need and supports the organization’s overall mission, philosophy, and goals. To integrate the management of the intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization program, Suboxone program or other outpatient programs into the Carolina Center’s continuum of care. Qualifications

Requirements

Education: Master's degree is social work, psychology, mental health counseling or related field is required. Licensure required Experience: Zero- one (0-1) year of experience required. Two (2) years of related experience preferred. Experience in psychiatric hospital setting preferred Additional Requirements: Successful completion Management Aggressive Behavior Training (HWC) before on the unit orientation and prior to assisting with restraining procedures. Successful certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association for CPR prior to taking an independent patient assignment.
