Salary

Provide high-quality, compassionate palliative care to adult patients. Treat patients across various settings including homes, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals.
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist with an active or eligible Pennsylvania license. Experience in palliative care, hospice, or geriatrics is preferred, though new graduates are welcome.
Full-Time or Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) | Palliative Care | West Chester, PA
Join a well-established organization dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate palliative care to adult patients in our community. We are looking for a dedicated Full Time or Part Time Physical Therapist to join our team in a role that offers true professional flexibility. In this role, the Physical Therapist will treat adult patients in their homes, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and hospitals across Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Chester counties.
$40 – $45 per hour.

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT). Active (or eligible) Pennsylvania PT license. Experience in Palliative Care, Hospice, or Geriatrics is preferred, but New Grads are welcomed!
