How you’ll make an impact in this role Previous 2 years of critical care experience necessary Provide direct nursing care following established organizational policies, procedures, and protocols Implement, monitor, record, and communicate patient care plans and condition changes Coordinate all disciplines as the primary point of contact for well-coordinated patient care Execute physician and nursing orders while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
