This is an exciting opportunity for hospice aides interested in providing end-of-life care at our 10-bed hospice facility.

• Responsibilities: The Hospice Resident Aide provides hospice client care in the hospice residence within their scope of practice, consistent with the plan of care and in compliance with Good Shepherd Care Guidelines.

• Hours: Day shifts from 7 am to 7 pm or night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am.

• Experience: Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant Current Massachusetts certification in good standing A minimum of two years of prior experience in community health, long-term care facility, oncology, or a related field preferred. Ability to be a team player and work harmoniously with patients, families, co-workers, and management.

• Range: $18.98- $20.13 (+$3 weekend differential/+$2 night differential): This number reflects an average starting hourly range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the range.
