Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed under RN supervision
• Monitor vital signs, assess residents for changes, and report findings promptly
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility needs
• Document care accurately in the charting system and maintain privacy and HIPAA standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure individualized resident care
• Maintain safety, infection control, and proper procedures during night shifts

Requirements

• Active LPN license in North Carolina
• Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to document accurately in electronic records
