Responsibilities
- Provide direct, resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration in the patient record.
- Monitor vital signs, intake and output, and overall clinical status; report changes promptly.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and contribute to care planning and comfort measures.
- Maintain accurate charting in the electronic health record and ensure adherence to facility policies and infection control practices.
