Provide professional nursing care including assessment, treatment, and care planning within a community-based physician practice. Act as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and physicians to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes.
Must be an actively licensed Registered Nurse in Illinois with at least one year of professional nursing experience and an active AHA BLS certification. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and prior clinic experience are preferred.

In addition, UChicago Medicine’s advanced specialists in cancer, heart care, orthopaedics and other specialties help patients through clinical partnerships and joint venture programs.
A Registered Nurse, UCM Care Network, is responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation by following established standards, protocols and practices. Assists physicians and staff in coordinating patient care. Functions as primary liaison between patients, staff and physicians. This position will be located in a community-based physician practice.

UChicago Medicine is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position.
The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
