Assist in the rehabilitation of patients with physical, mental, or emotional disabilities by implementing care plans. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the entire care team, patients, and caregivers to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Texas. Experience in Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, or Veterans Homes and proficiency with EMR systems are highly preferred.
