Provide therapeutic behavioral supports, family support services, and targeted case management to children and families. Collaborate with internal clinical teams and external community supports in home, school, and community settings.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, or an equivalent field. Must have reliable transportation and availability for weekday evening hours.
