Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes and develop individualized care plans. Responsibilities include documenting patient observations and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a current RN license in Washington state and a current CPR certification. A valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and ability to pass pre-employment screenings are required.

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
