The Clinical Pharmacist will coordinate and deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to manage drug therapy protocols and review medication orders to prevent drug-related issues. Responsibilities also include providing drug information and education to various stakeholders and documenting clinical interventions for quality improvement.
Candidates must possess strong judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to remain effective under stress while maintaining a commitment to safe, evidence-based patient care. A Bachelor's Degree is required, while a Doctoral Degree is preferred, along with an active Pharmacy License in the state of Arkansas.
