Responsibilities include: Assisting with neurological examinations, diagnostics, and procedures Providing exceptional nursing care to hospitalized neurology patients Monitoring anesthesia and sedation for advanced procedures and imaging studies Performing accurate drug calculations and medication administration Monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures Supporting MRI, CT, and other advanced diagnostic procedures Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records Communicating effectively with specialists, team members, and pet owners Participating in an on-call rotation to support neurology patients and procedures Delivering compassionate care while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced specialty environment What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), or Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) Strong anesthesia knowledge and patient monitoring skills Excellent patient handling and restraint techniques Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional patient care
