The Occupational Therapist evaluates residents and creates customized treatment plans based on their specific needs and abilities. They provide skilled nursing care within a home-like environment under physician referral.
Candidates must hold a current California license and be able to pass background, physical, and TB clearances. Previous experience in geriatric and long-term care is preferred, along with the ability to lift 50lbs.
Description Compass Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist for our facility in San Luis Obispo Our Compass Health Facilities provide 5 star skilled nursing care while maintaining a family and home-like environment.
Under the referral of a physician, the Occupational Therapist will evaluate and create treatment plans based on the residents' needs and abilities for treatment. The ideal candidate will have prior long term care and geriatric care experience.
