Responsibilities

Implement treatment activities created by the Physical Therapist Assist patients with exercise programs and functional training Support strengthening, range of motion, balance, gait, and mobility work Monitor patient response and report updates Educate patients on correct form and home exercise follow-through Complete treatment documentation Prepare clinic equipment and treatment spaces Help patients stay engaged during therapy sessions Active Florida PTA License PTA Degree required Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates New graduates are welcome to apply Interest in orthopedic outpatient care Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Grow your PTA career in a clinic that offers flexibility, structure, and steady patient care.
