Physical Therapist – Flexible 4-Day Option in Boca Raton If you’re looking for a Physical Therapist role with strong pay, schedule flexibility, and a realistic patient pace, this outpatient orthopedic position in Delray Beach, FL is worth considering. This PT-owned clinic offers either a 4-day work schedule or a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. You’ll treat 2 patients per hour in an orthopedic outpatient office. What You’ll Help Patients With You’ll support patients working through post-surgical recovery, orthopedic injuries, pain, mobility issues, strength deficits, balance concerns, and return-to-activity goals.

Responsibilities

Complete new patient evaluations and progress assessments Build plans of care based on patient needs and goals Treat orthopedic outpatient conditions using skilled PT interventions Provide exercise progression, manual techniques, mobility training, and patient education Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment as needed Supervise PTA treatment when appropriate Maintain accurate documentation Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates New graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Flexible scheduling options Choose a Physical Therapist opportunity that supports both strong patient care and a better workweek.
