Provide direct and indirect patient care in an acute care setting, including hemodynamic monitoring and reporting clinical changes to physicians. Participate in a 12-month residency program involving classroom training, preceptorship, and an evidence-based practice project.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with at least an Associate's degree and a valid California RN license. Requires current BLS certification and 0 to 14 months of nursing experience.

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for new graduate nurses to join our organization as part of the RN New Graduate Residency Program, in preparation for the opening of our new hospital in May 2027. Our current hospital will remain fully operational until the transition to the new facility is complete, ensuring continuity of care and training throughout the move.
This posting is for the September 28, 2026 New Graduate Registered Nurse Residency. This is an exciting opportunity to be among the first group of nurses hired and trained to help build and grow our future teams.
As a new grad Registered Nurse I, you will provide direct and indirect patient care in the acute care setting. Your role is to communicate with physicians/Nursing Unit Director/Charge Nurses/co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition. This includes hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology. The ideal candidate will be able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Assignments may include Day or Night 12 hour shifts based on organizational needs. Specific unit and shift placements cannot be guaranteed.
