Plan and deliver comprehensive care to end-of-life patients using the nursing process of assessment, intervention, and evaluation. Collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members to maintain professional nursing standards.
Requires an active Ohio RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing school, with a BSN preferred. Candidates should have CPR certification and a valid driver's license, with two years of acute care experience preferred.
An RN who plans and delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with patients, families and other interdisciplinary team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.
