The role involves using trauma-informed interventions and specific modalities like TF-CBT and EMDR to support clients. The therapist will also screen and assess clients for readiness to participate in a specialized trauma program.
Candidates must hold a Masters or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and be a licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Demonstrated experience with clinical modalities such as ACT, DBT, or EMDR is required.
