The Admissions Nurse is responsible for accurately obtaining and documenting patient-specific information through interviews and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a current Connecticut RN license and have at least one year of clinical nursing experience in acute or subacute care. A BSN or ADN degree and CPR certification from the American Heart Association are required.
