The Physical Therapist collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and social workers. They are responsible for developing and implementing patient-specific care and treatment plans.
Candidates must have completed an APTA or Council on Medical Education approved Physical Therapy program and hold a New Jersey Physical Therapy License. BLS certification is required within 14 days of hire.
The Physical Therapist is responsible for collaborating with physicians, nurses, other therapists, social workers, and other members of the patient care team to develop a patient specific care and treatment plan.
Successful completion of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education. New Jersey Physical Therapy License. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
