This is a postdoctoral position with the Kamal laboratory in the Center of Orthopedic Research and Translational Science at the Department of Orthopedics, Penn State Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA. The job consists of laboratory work using complex genetic mouse models and primary cell culture systems to understand the pathophysiology of osteoarthritis disease development and progression. This position requires experience with basic small animal handling, surgeries, and dissection, basic molecular biology techniques (PCR, western blotting), basic cell culture skills, and basic histology and immunohistochemistry skills.
Experience in the techniques mentioned above.
