Provide compassionate nursing support and education to patients and families recovering from behavioral health conditions. Lead patient observations and milieu management to ensure safety and high-quality care within a multidisciplinary team.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current Registered Nurse license in Connecticut and BLS certification. BSN degree and previous behavioral or psychiatric experience are preferred.

What will you do: Nursing support for the patient and their families is a catalyst for change and empowerment towards recovery from behavioral health conditions Nurses provide meaningful feedback that helps our multidisciplinary team tailor treatment goals to the individual needs of every person. Educating and supporting patients and their families during the BH Admission Nursing care is key for safety and patient satisfaction. You will lead patient observations, milieu management, and help communicate and address emergent needs of the people we treat.
Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduates preferred.
Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
BLS required.
