The coordinator is responsible for licensing, re-licensing, and retaining quality foster homes for short-term transitional care. Key duties include conducting home studies, delivering foster parent training, and maintaining communication with state licensing agencies.
A Bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable human services field is required. Preference is given to candidates who are bilingual in English/Spanish and have at least two years of experience working with minors and families.
