$20 - $22 / HOUR
Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to their care plans and facility policies. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and reporting changes in resident conditions to supervisors.
Must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of California. CPR certification is preferred, and candidates must be able to work overnight shifts and perform physical tasks like lifting residents.
Report all changes in residents’ conditions to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Supervisor promptly Accurately document care provided in flow sheets, charts, and notes Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and toileting Measure and record vital signs (TPRs) and weights as instructed Monitor residents routinely to ensure comfort, safety, and personal care needs are met Record food and fluid intake and report changes in appetite Participate in shift reports and communication hand-offs Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care as directed Maintain a calm, respectful, and resident-centered environment Cooperate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure quality care Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Certificates / Licenses Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of California CPR certification preferred Skills & Abilities Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong communication and observation skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements Skilled nursing and long-term care setting Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and assisting residents Ability to lift and move residents with assistance and proper equipment Ability to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays We are an equal opportunity employer.
